Just gone through Richard North's long exposé of how a very slim streak of some facts and more speculations became a wide flowing river of certainty emerging from the mouth of the voluble Dr.Pachauri.
My opinion- Africagate atleast equals Glaciergate in blundering and scaremongering based on thin air.
